These are the Terms and Conditions for Yuta Website operated and owned by MJM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 202401041358 (1587204-W)) (“Yuta”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). The services we provide or make available include the usage of the Website for the purchase of our products (“Services”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Services provided by us as Users of the Website (“Customer”, “User”, “you” and “your”) and shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (Malaysia) (“AIAC”). The language of arbitration shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be in Malaysia.
